Make Their Lives Better

The elderly population is large in general and growing due to advancements in healthcare. These people face numerous physical, psychological, and social role changes that challenge their sense of self and capacity to live happily. Bereavement, social isolation, and loneliness are the main issues faced by the elderly. They tend to have fewer opportunities for social engagements. They retire from jobs, children move away, friends and spouses pass away, and they eventually become housebound. They have mobility issues, become ill, etc.

This calls for a comprehensive action plan to extend our support to elderly people.

1. Identifying the Beneficiaries / NGOs

Caregivers in a systematic and scientific manner.

2. Database Preparation

With the help of government authorities, elected public representatives, and the community - preparing a database of needy and elderly people through panchayats, municipalities, homes for the aged, slums, NGOs, and social workers. Identifying the right needy segment to ensure deep penetration of the program.

3. Assistance to Homes for the Aged

Senior Citizens Home Care: Recreation rooms, medical camps, outings, organizing financial support, Tele Friend (counseling, cheer up, greetings), Handy Person services, emergency helpline (doctor), free distribution of nutrition and health supplement products.
