Access to HIV treatment and care remains a challenge in many underserved communities, particularly in rural areas and low-income countries. Limited healthcare infrastructure, stigma, and discrimination often prevent individuals from accessing life-saving medications and support services. To bridge this gap, we must prioritize investment in healthcare systems, expand access to affordable medications, and provide culturally competent care that addresses the unique needs of diverse communities. Only by ensuring equitable access to treatment can we truly end the AIDS epidemic.
